Alessandro has a passion for helping companies grow their revenues and help improve their internal operational processes. His expertise lies in assisting B2B and B2C businesses optimize and automate their marketing, sales, and operations processes to increase efficiencies and build a solid foundation for exponential growth having worked with B2B Alessandro started his consulting career helping businesses in his college town of Saratoga Springs, working with a local brick and mortar bookstore to adapt their business to compete with eCommerce giants such as Amazon. Afterwards, Alessandro spent time in his native country of Germany consulting for an industrial wood chipping manufacturer with the goal of bringing their products to the North American market. Prior to co-founding Midas Consulting Group, he worked with various agencies to build out and automate marketing and sales strategies, integrate their business systems to analyze the health of their business. Most notably, Alessandro helped an ecommerce B2C business grow their annual revenue from 20M to 100M in just 18 months and restructured a B2B business’ outdated manual sales process to an automated process where the sales team saw 10x in deals closed in less than 12 months. Alessandro has a B.A. in Management and Business as well as B.A. in Economics from Skidmore University.
